Wilde Night Out by Mark Ponsford

Mark Ponsford

Mark Ponsford gives his own unique solo storytelling performance of some of Oscar Wilde's classic fairy tales. He will be remembered by Romsey audiences for his captivating performances during the last festival and at the Plaza Theatre. In a varied career, Mark has appeared as an actor in Cabaret, Twelfth Night, Oliver, Amadeus and Doctor Who. He is also an experienced Musical Director and writer. A master of the effective use of the pause and of the value of making eye contact with his audience, Mark will bring alive Oscar Wilde's depictions of love, loss and redemption in a fascinating and emotionally-charged evening, which will enthral and delight adults and children alike.
