Romsey Signal Box Operating Day and Photographic Exhibition

Romsey Signal Box

An event like no other in the Festival, suitable for adults and children alike! Come and experience the atmosphere and workings of a piece of Romsey's history, as members of the Friends of Romsey Signal Box recreate the activity which characterised the signal box every day throughout its working history from 1870 to 1982.

Visitors are invited to get actively involved if they wish. There will also be an exhibition of historic and atmospheric photographs illustrating the golden age of railways in the area.
